KNAP Point Massage

Anatomy and nerve transmission

It is important to see the body as a huge electrical network where each area is inter-connected with another.
By stimulating a point, you stimulate all the areas of the body linked to this network.
The KNAP points, 20 in number from the skull to the ankle (discovered by Georgia KNAP), are also found on the routes of the main nerves.
Depending on the issues, some of these points will be painful.
It is by a technique of progressive pressures that the pain relief will be instantaneous, the muscles will relax by increasing joint flexibility.
These points also work by energizing adjacent organs.
